Welcome to Claremont McKenna College! As a transfer student, you are already familiar with a college or university environment, and your questions and needs are different from first-year students. CMC is excited that you have joined our unique community, and we are committed to providing you with the best college experience possible. Orientation is a time to create connections with the students, faculty, and staff at CMC and to start building your CMC experience.

As a transfer student, you are encouraged to attend all Orientation events for new students. It is through these events that you will have the best opportunity to meet members of the first-year class, faculty, and staff. Events specifically for transfer students are highlighted on the Transfer Student Schedule.

PLEASE NOTE: Transfer students are permitted to bring a vehicle to campus.
