Who is eligible to become a Scholar?
The Robert Day Scholars Program invites juniors from all five Claremont Colleges to apply, to include students studying off-campus.

How many Scholars will be selected?
The Robert Day School anticipates selection of between 20 and 22 Scholars in the Class of 2013.

Must I commit to subsequent assessment dates in order to be selected?
Yes. Students selected to advance to subsequent phases of the selection process must participate in the assessments as scheduled. Arrangements will be made to assess students studying off-campus at the same time as those studying on campus.

How does my current major or course selection influence selection?
The Robert Day Scholars program welcomes any student with an interest in Finance to apply. Your academic experience and pursuits will, of course, influence the degree to which the Scholar's curriculum impacts your academic schedule. So long as you are able to complete the required coursework of finance (2) courses, accounting (2) and organizational psychology/behavior (2) courses you are eligible to compete to become a Robert Day Scholar.

What are the benefits of being selected a Robert Day Scholar? Robert Day Scholars benefit academically and professionally from the variety of curricular and co-curricular programs. Robert Day Scholars also receive a scholarship their senior year in the amount of one-half the tuition at their home institution. This scholarship is typically awarded evenly in each semester.
